Just a few more days!

Dear Q Community---

Only a few days left and Seniors are done! If you need to reach out to your teacher; now is the time to do so.

Grades are due on June 10th and Senior grades are in. You will NOT be able to email your teachers a ton of assignments on the last day and expect them to sit and grade them all so the time to act is now! Grades are due at 8am that day and take quite a significant time to input before they are due. We appreciate you are your family being proactive. Theres a lot of information in the blog so please read the whole thing.

We put together an amazing Celebration Video for the Class of 2020. Check it out!

Last chance medication pick up - If your child has medication at school that you would like to pick up, the nurse will be on campus on Wednesday 6/10 from 1-4 pm

Please follow the guidelines listed below when picking up medications:

  • Pull up to the front of the school and follow the medication pick up sign

  • Do not exit your vehicle.  The nurse will walk to the driver’s side of the vehicle, please provide nurse with child's name and show ID through the window so the nurse is able to identify whom the medication is for.

  • Once your ID is verified, the nurse will place the medication on the parent pick up table, walk 6 feet away and then you may exit your vehicle and pick up the medication off the table

  • Only one person at a time is allowed out of their vehicle to ensure social distancing guidelines.

If your child has medication at school and you plan to return next year, you are not required to pick up the medication- it will be locked and stored for when school resumes. In addition, if you need medication forms for next year those will be available as well
