Fall Orientation/Packet Pick-up
The following letter below was mailed this week to you and is very important.
August 1, 2022
To be prepared for the fall packet drop-off scheduled on August 18th and 19th, 2022, you must bring this letter to Canyon Hills High School on Monday & Tuesday, August 15th OR 16th, between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. pick up your packet of materials.
All students must pick up a packet.
You must present this letter to receive a Fall packet.
All ninth graders must bring a copy of their proof of residency to pick up a packet. (Housing orders, mortgage papers, rental or lease agreements, SDG&E, telephone bills, or cable bills will be the ONLY documents accepted.)
All tenth, eleventh and twelfth graders who have moved in 2021 must bring a copy of their proof of residency to pick up a packet. (Housing orders, mortgage papers, rental or lease agreements, SDG&E, telephone bills, or cable bills will be the ONLY documents accepted.)
Packets must be completed and returned during Fall packet drop-off. All students must have their pictures taken during packet drop-off to receive a free Canyon Hills ID card.
If your student will not be attending Canyon Hills High in the fall, please call (619) 605-8100 X3026 and leave your student’s full name, date of birth, and the school they will be attending. If you do not follow the Fall packet drop-off or call the Attendance Office, your classes will be deleted.
Enjoy the rest of your summer. Fall classes begin on August 29th at 8:45 a.m.

Canyon Hills Athletics
We are beginning our Fall Season of Sports at the beginning of August. The fall season consists of sports: Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, and Girls Volleyball. All student-athletes must complete forms and upload a physical on athleticclearance.com to try out or practice. All physicals must be dated after June 4, 2022. Athletics Sports Physicals
Canyon Hills is following the City Conference Policies and Cif Guidelines for medical physicals to participate in athletics. All Physicals must be dated after June 4th, 2022, to be cleared to participate. If you need a physical, we offer sports physicals at Canyon Hills High School on Tuesday, August 9th at 12:30 pm. The cost is $35 (cash only). They will be held at the Physical Education Bungalow at the side of the gymnasium.
