Minority Servicing Institution Scholarship Program

The Minority Servicing Institution Scholarship Program (MSI) is an underutilized program offering students the opportunity to earn a full ride scholarship to participating colleges and universities. The program is open to all students regardless of ethnicity or race, and the application is now the same as the traditional 4-Year Navy ROTC Scholarship that some of you may be familiar with.

The list of schools and eligibility criteria can be found here:

https://www.netc.navy.mil/Commands/Naval-Service-Training-Command/NROTC/MSI/

The ACT/SAT Waiver that we had in place last year is still applicable, so students that haven’t tested, or students that haven’t been able to re-test, are still eligible for the program. My team and I are standing by to assist your students in crafting the most competitive application possible.

Thank you for your time, and if you have any questions feel free to reply to this email or call/text the number listed below.

Very Respectfully,

Chief Petty Officer Matthew Arnold
